Ms Tross is the ultimate, caring professional with an excellent support team. She is also a delightful person who took time and trouble to answer any and all my questions.
It is now just over a year since I had a total right hip replacement, and I am delighted with the results. Not only am I able to walk and drive unaided and pain-free again, the scar has healed so well that it is barely noticeable. I also appreciated the fact that Ms Tross used self-soluble stitches so that I did not need to have them removed after surgery. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
