Miss James was my consultant when I had a mastectomy and reconstruction 5 years ago.
She is an excellent surgeon and also extremely kind and compassionate.
I’d also like to extend my praise to the whole breast care team at the L&D. Being visited by breast care nurses at home post op was not something I had expected and they were all very lovely. Being able to speak to the breast care nurses with any questions was also very reassuring.
Everyone seemed to care which makes a massive difference when you’re a patient.
