The doctor was one of the best doctors absolutely friendly caring and just an amazing staff could not of asked for any other docter I’m really pleased I had her the nurses as well wish I could remember their names but they were so kind and entertaining was not boring at all.

In December, I had lower jaw surgery and the results have been fantastic. My swelling reduced very quickly - her talents are impeccable, other doctors were surprised when only a week had passed after my surgery! The swelling around my lips were almost minimal and I got back on my feet pretty soon after. Leading up to the surgery, Ms Pappa took her time to explain in various ways to make sure I understood. She has a great spirit, I really felt that I was in capable hands and her approach reduced my anxieties surrounding the surgery. She is very patient and happy to repeat herself and answer all questions. After the surgery, I was worried about a few (minor) elastic bands, etc. but she didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time (especially as they were to be removed a few days later). She was very validating of all my concerns and had a sensitive approach towards me personally, and got others up to speed on pronouns. Being treated by doctors as a queer person can be difficult but this was never an issue here. This was an overwhelmingly positive experience and I'm glad to have Ms Pappa as my doctor. Highly recommend.

I will just say Miss Pappa is a gift from God. She saved my life. She is so kind and very compassionate. Miss Pappa, you are a legend! Thank you so much. You and your team were great.I had a large hemangioma on the right side of my head.I was tossed around from one specialist to another….had an embolisation done with unsuccessful outcome.I lost hope until God sent Miss Pappa my way. The surgery was very successful. Miss Pappa, you have restored my self confidence and made me happy again. Truly a gift from God! Dennis Jordan.

Miss Pappa has been overlooking my facial reconstructive surgery 5 years ago, and took plenty of care after. Always gave the right advise, and checked up on me regularly to make sure the recovery was going smoothly. Very caring, kind and is incredibly knowledgeable in her field.

I have been under the care of Miss Elena Pappa for just over a year she has preformed four surgeries on me the last one in the 3rd of March 22. I met her in person originally at the first consultation since then she has contacted me by email and telephone due to the pandemic. Miss Pappa has always explained the next surgery in full with me asked for my thoughts and fully answered any questions that I have asked. After surgery I have always be supplied with contact telephone numbers encase I had any problems or questions. She is very helpful and caring is always smiling and puts you at ease, greats you as a friend not just a person on a list. The care I have received is of a high standard and all stages have been monitored regularly. I have been extremely pleased with the end result. I would recommend to any one of her new patients that they are in extremely good hands and not to be worried about the results as they will be very pleased. The staff on the day care unit are helpful and caring and it is well run Clean and tidy.
