Dr Muller went above and beyond in caring for our daughter - in what was a routine appointment for a 'chronic' concern that became an acute emergency in the space of just a few hours. His communication, clarity and thoughtfulness was exemplary. He liaised with colleagues at his NHS hospital out-of-hours and ensured the care we received was top quality. I am a medical professional and his attentiveness, availability, patience and ability to communicate in just the right way at the right time was unbelievably reassuring, despite the challenge of a parent with the dangerous amount of 'a little knowledge'.
