This was my second appointment with Dr. Robin Chatterjee and it was again a great experience. Very professional and not rushed.
Also booking an appointment is a breeze thanks to great coordination by his private secretary Charlene Samuel.
Dr Chatterjee could not have been more helpful and understanding when I explained to him about my painful knees.
He recommended an ostenil injection to both knees. These were performed under ultrasound.
Afterwards I saw a great improvement in both knees. They were no longer painful and stiff.
I can definitely recommend Dr Chatterjee.
Dr Chatterjee was extremely friendly and easy to talk to throughout, explaining all the results and treatment clearly and answering all my questions. Charlene his secretary was also very friendly and efficient. She was easy to contact and if not available would always call back quickly. It was a relief to finally understand my symptoms and the plan ahead. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would always ask to be referred to Dr Chatterjee for myself or family. However hopefully not for a while as I am now so much better!
Dr Robin immediately understood my problem and guided me as to the next steps. Explained clearly the tests I needed to have and possible
outcomes. Very nice personality, kind and empathising and putting patient at ease - which i think is very important when one is stressed.
Extremely professional. I liked the fact Dr Chatterjee explained all the detail of what was wrong wand why very clearly, giving me a clear understanding of what had happened to my foot and how it should be treated. He referred me to a physiotherapist and podiatrist giving them a report and then followed up again with them after my second appointment. I would highly recommend him.
