Approachable demeanour, good explanations of the issue, and thorough knowledge of his field.
Very smooth and efficient experience
Robin took great care to listen to me and took me and my problems serious at all times. He is a wonderful consultant, specialising in functional medicine - a holistic approach to medical problems - which I had not come across but can now wholeheartedly recommend! Go see Dr Chatterjee!
Dr Chatterjee listened attentively to all my worries and explained the causes of pain and discomfort that I was experiencing, in plain English. It was easy to talk to him and ask the questions. Unfortunately the MRI scan was not working on the day of the appointment and I had to come for it separately. I was offered an on-line follow-up appointment but opted for an actual one. During the appointment Dr. Chatterjee confirmed his diagnosis using the MRI findings and penned the future cause of action for me, explaining clearly all pros and cons of each directions I might take.
After more than 1 year of lower back pain I took the decision to see a doctor.
BUPA introduced Dr. Chatterjee to me and I can tell you that I had a great experience so far.
I appreciated that he didn’t want to assume something before the MRI results.
Dr. Chatterjee was listening carefully and he was asking me lot of question in order to identify the cause of the issue.
I love the way he explained everything with calm and kindness, in my own terms. After first consultation I had a follow up call and he explained me the MRI results, also he recommended me to see a physiotherapist for the next few weeks.
I highly recommend Dr. Chatterjee if you are looking for a MSK doctor.
His knowledge and customer service make me to come back to him if it's necessary.
Thank you,
M.
