I had the pleasure of a phone consult with Dr Richard Thompson , he was caring compassionate and really kind . As an NHS worker myself I realise the workload and pressures across the organisation however I felt at the centre of my care , I felt listened to , understood Dr Thompson very much put my mind at rest and I felt I can take control of my health and well-being .
