I have just returned from a pain management appointment with Dr Crabtree at stepping hill hospital, impressed to the point of taking the time to find a platform to leave a review. Dr Crabtree was so welcoming and friendly, has a natural way of communicating that really put me at ease, he listened, explained and explained again, I entered this appointment wondering if it was worth while and left feeling positive and wanting to really take on board the things I was advised. Whether or not this route works will remain to be seen but leaving an appointment with a hopeful feeling it may is a positive step. It's been a very long time since I have come across a Doctor with such remarkable patient empathy and communication ability.
