Really pleased with my appointments spent with Dr Issa. It's easy to stay positive about Diabetes when discussing it with him and he's going to put me on something that will make it easier to live with. Can't recommend enough!

When I was first diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism I was told by several people that it’s really hard to find a good Endocrinologist and heard numerous stories of how unhelpful they are. Dr Issa proved them all wrong! I first saw him at his clinic at the Alexandra Hospital and he was then happy for me to be referred to his clinic at Wythenshawe hospital. I am still being treated by his clinic and my journey is far from over, however, from my very first consultation he has been informative, helpful and always listens. My treatment plan has always been clear and well explained - I would recommend add Issa to anyone.

Dr Issa has more than exceeded my expectations in treatingmy overactive thyroid and type 1 diabetes. He has been informative and proactive in communicating with my GP. I feel very confident about the future resolution of my thyroid problem and Dr Issa's support regrading my diabetes has been invaluable. Before seeing Dr Issa I was at my wits end due to lack of care and support for my thyroid problem which was also exacerbating my diabetes. Would give 6 stars if possible as Dr Issa has changed my life. Thank you Helen

Very poor consultation for Hashimotos. He didn’t listen and was exceedingly unhelpful. I left very frustrated. I got precisely no further. It was a waste of money, time, and hope.

I am very sorry and disappointed that you had an unsatisfactory consultation. I always strive to listen to my patients and meet their needs. Unfortunately, some individuals with Hashimoto's thyroiditis remain symptomatic with residual symptoms that are very difficult to treat. This is acknowledged by the endocrine community, I am very happy to meet again in an attempt to rectify the unsatisfactory consultation. best wishes.
