I had an incredible experience at the clinic! The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful, creating such a welcoming and calming atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly friendly and engaging, making sure I was looked after from the moment I walked in. They were attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Jenny was amazing—gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything while addressing my concerns. I really appreciated how well I was taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for top-notch care in a beautiful setting!

My experience was very positive overall. The waiting areas were very comfortable and calming. The toilet facilities were clean and stylish, which was a nice surprise. All the staff I met were professional and friendly. I will definitely go back!

The location and the clinic itself were both great, private spaces for your treatment and a completely relaxing atmosphere. Delivered the treatment with ease of execution. The pre care and after care were also greatly appreciated and kindly delivered.

There are many things that I love about The Clinic Holland Park: the ultra professionalism and expertise of the aesthetic practitioners; the assurance that all the services and treatments available are actually worth their weight in gold and work like magic; and the utter trust and faith I have in their clinical practice. Do not even consider anything less than excellent when it comes to aesthetics and self-care -- you will never regret investing in the best there is to be had. Richard Scawn and Jenny Doyle are superb, totally first class.

I suffered with severe acne in my late teens and early 20s with large acne cysts and pustules. These caused uneven skin and pigmentation scarring as well as box scarring on my cheeks (where I actually have indentations with loss of skin). Around 12 years ago I was told by my NHS dermatologist that there was no treatment available for my box scars so I resigned myself to the fact that I had to live with them. This affected my confidence, as the face is the first thing people see of you. I was so very consience of my scars and I really felt that they held me back, in work and relationships. I discovered this year that there is in fact a laser treatment available for my box scars. I have had two treatments now with Dr Aoife Naughton, at The Clinic at Holland Park four weeks apart. Each time I have had the BBL, halo and then targeted erbium profractional laser. Dr Aoife was so lovely, empathetic and professional and explained to me what my recovery would be like afterwards, and which barrier creams to use when. I felt confident in her care as she was a professionally trained medic, in fact all of the practitioners at this clinic are Doctors which instills confidence. Dr Aoife explained what the different treatments were for and how they worked and how many treatments I would need. The Clinic at Holland Park was clean and welcoming. After each treatment I was able to rest for a while in a "recovery pod" where I was offered a tea/coffee and a croissant. I am currently recovering from the second treatment and can already see a glow in my skin and a real difference. I have already recommended The Clinic at Holland Park based on my experience to a couple of friends who have told me that they will be contacting the Clinic at Holland Park for treatment as it offers exactly what they have been lookijng for.
