Through the whole vasectomy 'journey' the Marie Stopes organisation were exceptional in every way. From the booklet ( clear and easy to understand ), to all the phone staff ( easy to talk too and very reassuring ) to the clinical staff and doctors ( calming, clear, helpful and very professional ). In particular, the staff at the clinic were brilliant and very professional in every aspect. On my obviously nervous procedure, they collectively made it very easy and they were amazing. I have to thank Dr. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed], who were a great team, and I would recommend them all day long .................. I only wish the Marie Stopes Org ran the NHS !!!!!!!!!!

Everyone was very pleasant and I felt comfortable. During the procedure there was a very painful moment when the first clamp went on but it only lasted a few seconds. Other than that things have been remarkably comfortable.

The care given was really tentative. From the first phone call right through to the surgery.

All the staff members were respectful, professional and kind. My nerves of having such treatment were put at ease due to the reassuring and professional staff who genuinely cared about how I felt throughout my procedure. During the procedure the staff showed dignity and made me feel comfortable. The aftercare ensured I knew how to look after myself and change dressing etc. Once the nurse felt happy that I was okay, I was able to leave with full understanding of who to contact should I need any further support.

Although they was running around 1 hour behind which gave me longer worry time in the waiting area I understand These things happen but once in there I feel at ease and just felt I was in good safe hands with the staff. I would highly recommend these services to anyone looking to have the same procedure. Thanks again [name removed]

My vasectomy was much better than I expected. The staff, all the staff were super nice. We had a laugh and they quickly settled my nerves. There was very little pain, I basically felt nothing at all. Even now, 3 hours later I am fine. I thanked the surgeon for doing such a great job. Thanks guys, it was as perfect as a testicle operation could ever be!
