Because the JC practice seems to have an instinctive sense as to when something is serious & always moves quickly - even when appointments are scarce. For that reason I feel incredibly well supported through some serious mental health issues & know that support has prevented me from deteriorating into a more serious state. Thank you!

Phone call to book appointments for health check & pharmacist review was swift & receptionist very helpful & efficient. & [name removed], the nurse carrying out health check was also really efficient, professional & friendly.Thank you

On this occasion, it was very easy and quick between calling and actually seeing a Doctor (Dr [name removed]). Dr [name removed] was one of the most patient and helpful Doctors I have seen. He listened, advised and was very knowledgeable - it was a pleasure (after many disappointments at James Cochrane Practice).

On this occasion, there is not much that could have been improved. It was like I remember going to the Doctors used to be 20-30 years ago. I wish it was like this every visit.
