When I came to reception, [name removed] at counter was good enough to listen to my problem, was seen by the nurse almost immediately, but I’m waiting to be seen by the Doctor rather longer than I expected. May be they are busy seeing more patients.

Not sure , wish there were more doctors. Also understand financial side of it.
