Moved three time to three different corridors Department totally understaffed

Suggested improvements
It would be a good idea when the ambulance personal check the patient in, that they are given the ID bracelet to put on there patient as they have to leave them after a certain time period and basically the patient is alone It is also a good idea to have curtain screen’s available if the patient needs a bed pan / bottle instead of having to move the trolley or bed to another area, waiting for staff who are not busy as they always are and actually moving the bed in a limited My dad is 98 years old and a very proud man who desperately needed to use the toilet after being given furosemide and was so upset and very distressed that he wet himself not once but a few times until he was finally offered inco paints In 16 hours we saw an a & e doctor 3 times and finally a medical doctor who discharged my dad and arrange frailty team to do a home visit for bloods a few days later , he also said there were not beds available anyway
