Treated with kindness & respect
I had sedation this time , and it turned an ordeal into a better experience.
Wish the staff promoted this . You do have to insist on mild sedation.
The staff in the gastroscope department are really nice .
Wish I could say the same about some of the reception staff. Who try and make sure you wait in the waiting room ( sometimes for quite a while ) on your own!!!! This is very unnerving. !!!!!
On the time of my appointment there had been a medical emergency quite serious. However i was delayed by over an hour but when i was seen the staff and Tony who had to take over his colleagues list were all very professional putting me at ease very friendly you would not have known they had to deal with the trauma having dealt with a medical emergency. Brilliant team I felt very confident in the treatment I recieved.
I was treated with utmost respect and kindness by every member of staff I came into contact with
I was left all nite and kicked out at early hours with the pain still consistent
Since leaving there care my problem remains the same and I don’t have the heart to continue with any care from the A&E department
The treatment I received was non and this is a disgusting basic of foundation of care as most people go there first
Overall appalled
My appointments keep getting cancelled
I came in for surgery and I was looked after very well and made sure I was comfortable after surgery and made sure I was feeling ok and wouldn’t let me home till they thought I was okay. Staff was amazing also.
