After over 6 months of being bounced around departments, this wonderful human being helped me and diagnosed me within ten minutes of my first consultation. Life changing for me

My appointments with Mr. Hone were punctual and very informative. I found Mr. Hone to be attentive listening to my issues and explaining the possible treatments. I felt very comfortable speaking to Mr. Hone and developed a good practitioner and patient relationship. I would definitely recommend Mr. Hone to anyone who has similar issues like mine. I know that should i need to have a follow up appointment in the future i will be treated in a similar professional manner

My experience was a positive one. Mr. Hone has a relaxed manner, which I found helpful.Mr. Hone listened to my questions and answered any concerns that I had. The procedure, to remove some hardened and deep-seated ear wax had been attempted by a different practitioner, but had failed, and this made me particularly anxious. Throughout the procedure Mr. Hone explained what was going on. Afterwards other questions were answered. A special 'shout out' for one of Mr. Hone's team who showed real kindness during the procedure!

I visited Mr. Hone for earwax removal, this came after removal by a different party failed. Mr Hone's relaxed manner was very welcome and he put me at my ease throughout the 'tricky' removal...the previous failure suggested that removal might not be straight forward, and this was certainly in my mind during my consultation. I was kept informed of the details of the procedure throughout. After the procedure, Mr. Hone suggested a further consultation after 2 weeks should I feel it to be necessary. Also a special 'shout out' for a member of Mr. Hone's team who exhibited kindness and reassurance when needed!
