Dr Alex Bonner was a very pleasant man, made me feel at ease.
He was smiling the whole time he spoke with me and reassured me.
After the operation he came to see me again to see if I was feeling well

Dr Bonner took great care of me whilst I had my epidural during my recent left total hip replacement, whilst I need a top up of anaesthetic towards the end of my procedure Dr Bonner was there and listened to me ensuring my pain relief was good, giving me reassurance and care.

Immediately put at ease. Clear overview of treatment and easy to understand. Gave time to listen and ask questions and was really empathetic and understanding.

I found the doctor very friendly helpful and with a good bedside man.
He explained procedure to my satisfaction in a cheerful and positive manner. He encouraged me to ask questions I would be very happy to have him as my doctor in the future.

Fully explained the process to me before going to theatre and checked up on me when I returned to the ward
