Initially received a very quick response from online service and was then booked in for routine appointment. On the day of my appointment I received a phone call advising my appointment needed to be changed due t the clinician going off sick. I was changed to a similar appointment time at closer surgery which worked better for me. The gp I saw was welcoming and helpful, involving me in decisions and making a referral specialist which I heard back from the same day. Overall a very good experience

I am on this surgery for quite sometime. I don't really know why I stayed so long because I have always been treated or given advises very poor. Great example it was yesterday. Every single questions what I was asking the answer was , really sorry but I am not qualified to answer. I don't really know why I have been asked to come over if you guys can't answer to my questions. Therefore I have decided to move to a different practice because I have enough with your practice. Nobody follow up my problems despite the fact I have given lots of samples, I have to chase for results and make appointments after appointments with no sense.

Put people with experience, follow up to your patience after they give u samples, makes things more smother instead of going round in circles

As like anyone in these current times, there is a bit of a wait for appointments. For non emergency it can be a couple of weeks whereas it used to be in the same week years ago.

Nothing, you are doing the best you can in the current circumstances.
