The hospice and all the staff delivered everything and above in the care of my wife, Mrs Katherine Sadikot and totally fulfilled her last wishes. A very special mention to Leanne (Community Nurse) who dealt with Kath right from the onset of finding out about the cancer and all the way to the end of her life. Many thanks from all our families.

You should be extremely proud of the work you do. Keep up the excellent work.

Friendly, knowledgeable, supported, gave me agency and supported my autonomy in decisions.

Patient reg form- instead of ‘other’ use term I would prefer to self describe. In disability section- may need clarity as many consider autism as a learning disability and a neurodiversity.

My sister had 5* care, she told me she was not going home and she didn’t. She loved everyday she was in St. Catherine’s and it was the best decision. I saw her laugh and smile something she hadn’t done in months.

I am trying my hardest but the service was perfect.
