A gantleman who usually visits us at home (whose name I won't be posting due to posibility of breaching any data protection law) is the most professional and polite engineer you can get and will go to great lengths to make us satisfied (I would love to give a full account of the situation but I'm afraid my level of English is not enough for this). He always shows lots of understanding and patience (especially when me, a foreigner, try to explain to him what we need). I hope this short opinion is of any help to this person and to all the team at Worcestershire Wheelchair Services, you are doing a great job just keep it up.

A gentleman has just called and checked and adjusted the wheelchair. He was very smart and carried out adjustments professionally. We do not need to contact the wheelchair department very often but when we do, the staff are always kind and helpful

Always receive great advice from the professionals & are very thorough when choosing the correct equipment for my son as he has been using this service since he was 4 years old.I also find it comforting to know that if there are any problems with the equipment I only have to make a phone call & someone is there to advise what do.
