We have always had fantastic care from the ladies on the phones, the OT's and the gentlemen who help with service and repairs especially from Jason who has recently left Woodiss to join the Service locally . I must admit losing Jason from Woodiss has been to their detriment and feel that the service we receive from them now is nowhere near as good.

The man who came and changed the handles on the wheelchair, was very quick and completed the job within minutes , a great service

Two lovely ladies came to assess a resident of ours and were 100 percent helpful.. When telling them our concerns and what we would like for that day they sorted the problem out the same day.. Our resident needed equipment for that day ideally and as it was in stock they went above and beyond to ensure we had the equipment. Our staff, resident and his family can not thank them enough for what they did....
