The whole process has been great from beginning to end. Regular contact from the office kept us aware of what would happen & when. The team at the assessment and handover were great with James.Thank you all so much - James will be a very happy boy.

Excellent communication and courteous service. Easy to find location. Good parking, saw us on time. Patient very happy with buggy. Well explained features by staff member. Thank you.
