The level of service and communication was excellent, from the time we first sent in our application to us actually receiving our son's wheelchair the service provided was faultless and every staff member that we have been in contact with are very friendly, approachable, helpful and kind. Especially Mike the wheelchair Engineer and Ana who we both met when collecting the wheelchair, they were extremely helpful and very patient in explaining to us how the wheelchair works. We feel extremely grateful to Whizzkid as the powered wheelchair which they have provided to our son is a godsend and it has improved his independency vastly!!! He is loving driving it around! We cannot thank this charity enough!
