How can I begin to put into words how exceptional the service has been !!!! Whizzkids were recommended to us by our local Nhs wheelchair services. We did try a private company before trying whizzkids as I am able to afford the equipment but the private companies simply wanted us to select products from the website and order them without offering any advice of visit to assess our daughters needs. Whizzkids from the start were amazing and have shown what a professional and also caring organisation they are. Our daughter was thoroughly assessed, her needs identified and tailored to both her and us as parents and the wheelchair ordered. What activates she wanted to engage in as well as a family were all taken into the thought process and she was able to choose here own colour which she was VERY pleased with. It all arrived and was ready within about 8 weeks and when we went to collect, the handover, like the initial assessment, was professional and thorough as well as all being done in a friendly way. Everyone was exceptional but special praise to Helen Braden for her knowledge and input on what we wanted, you are wonderful XX Thank you again Whizzkids, keep doing the wonderful work you are.
