Outstanding service from the Wheelchair Services team in Warrington. The assessment was everything you would want, welcoming, professional and inclusive.....your views and experience are clearly valued and make up a key part of the outcome. The end result is, in my case, a power chair that I may not have selected personally, but genuinely fully meets my needs and has changed my life, delivering independence with the back up of a highly professional assessment and follow up services. In a world where it's often hard to say good things about local provision this service stands out as caring, realistic, effective and respectful of the users contribution.
