High Staff turnover. I've seen too many different wheelchair therapists but they still have not met my needs.

My husband was assessed and got a wheelchair according to his needs and their recommendation before. When there was change of his condition, we were offered reassessment and they were very friendly and helpful. It is good to know that help is accessible and kind. :-)
