Power pack was fitted onto S/P chair. Client's carer/client both reported that it will make pushing of chair more easier as client very heavy to push.
Both client/carer happy with service received from THWCS and TA. (Wrote on behalf of client as unable to write English).

Advisor was very nice, explained everything well. If the building was closer to the main entrance it would be better.
