That which brought about good care was the therapist. My mother and I felt heard & listened to. This resulted in a chair which my mother (the patient) finds comfortable and which is a good fit for her condition.
The therapist not only considered my mother's needs, but also talked to me as a carer. Excellent service.
I cannot currently think if anything which might be improved as I have been extremely happy with today's service.
