Nothing to improve as service is 100% great.
The member of staff who is treating my son feels relaxed with her and she helps out alot and takes time to listen to us as a family and she gave our 8 year old son a new lease of life as without his wheelchair we would be very struck going out and about Would definitely highly recommend thank you once again
