Communication is all but zero. Every time I phone I get an answer service. Calls are not returned as expected. Replacement brackets that were supposed to have been ordered in December still have not been fitted it’s now May.

Nothing to improve as service is 100% great. The member of staff who is treating my son feels relaxed with her and she helps out alot and takes time to listen to us as a family and she gave our 8 year old son a new lease of life as without his wheelchair we would be very struck going out and about Would definitely highly recommend thank you once again

The wheelchair they have given me I can't use because it makes my legs numb and I can not transfer to the toilet, they haven't taken into account how tall I am, I am very nearly 6ft tall and my femaur measure 24" so the seat isn't deep enough, and because I am so tall and big boned I get given a Barbaric Wheelchair but it doesn't fit in our house which is a small cottage, I get told when I get down to 18st give them a ring, there are plenty of wheelchairs out there that take 19 stone, but I have to have the one they want me to have I am in one that was going to be thrown away, the other thing is the NHS wheelchair is to heavy for my sister.
