Contact details are wrong on this site and all others I tried. They are noe based in Chelmsford...I think? This is un acceptable to clients who struggle to cope each day without the added pain of not being able to get the help they need.
The chair is unsuitable for the client and carer. Dangerous in that all the client's weight is forward of the back wheels making it impossible to tip up even a dropped kerb. This set up also means the client and his elderly wife carer, find it drags them down into the road at every camber in the pavement even with them both trying to control it together.
There is no adjustment available on the chair to move the centre of gravity.
