Every year my wheelchair needs serviced and every year it's serviced at a random day and time. Majority of the time when I need to use the wheelchair. Appointment should be made but aren't. It's when suitable for them not the user. The service is DISGUSTING!!! No surprise such the useless nhs is repeatedly failing me.
