Communication is not too great, I've had to e-mail to ask for updates on my daughter getting a new wheelchair. E mails are answered quickly but felt like a nuisance. Been waiting nearly 3 months and don't even know if she has been approved. Thinking of approaching charities now or trying to pay ourselves. Tried for another update yesterday and told that there are other people waiting too. It's been tough as a family having to deal with cancer and now the damage to my daughters bones ..... We don't want to jump queues or ask for special treatment. Just updates
