Awful service. No interest at all in my child's needs. They never even met my child yet felt able to disregard the expert opinion of a leading neurodisability service (also NHS run) and prescribe an unsuitable chair. All down to budget. They are slow to respond to any form of communication - assuming you can get hold of them in the first place as they rarely answer the phone.
