I am severely disabled. Thus my case got passed around. Unfortunately this meant I got the worst. I had a pressure management issue and because (a) she was not told by her colleagues and (b) it was not in the file, she did not want to know. She resented my level of disability. I persisted and changed to Harrow Wheelchair Services where it got addressed by my persistence.
It was very obvious that this person was the Wheelchair Services standard and she is now the manager of Buckinghamshire Wheelchair Services. Crap is welcomed and crap is promoted.
