Well this mornings adjustments have gone with ease, made to feel, comfortable, not stupid whilst trying to explain what was wrong. I honestly don't know what I woukd do without my chair and the service given to us. This gives quality of life to my family and i. The staff from answering the buzzer and opening the door, are always kind and polite. The engineers, that come to the house make everything feel ok, even when the dogs are barking. Going on site which I think is only fair to do when we live close, andvwe are able to drive/take ourselves there They take time to listen and explain . Without you I would be confined to my home so a massive thank you to you all. So THANK YOU

Very warm, proficient service. Always with a smile. Feel we can phone for advice or adjustment at any time. Only problem is access - the only entrance and exit is off a very very fast road - always feels a bit dangerous !!!!!!

We took our son's wheelchair in for a minor repair and it was given a total service replacing several parts in about 45 minutes - excellent service
