Initially I was referred by physio to wheelchair services for upgrade to an active user wheelchair. The appointment came through straight away so was impressed by that..and then on arrival, each member of staff I have dealt with has been warm, friendly, accommodating, earnest to do their best for me, and timely! :-) A wheelchair was ordered on the first appointment, good recommendations made regarding choices in design/fittings of the chair and I was told it would be 6 weeks, but it came through in about three weeks, and was delivered to my home by the two people I'd had the assessment with. Fantastic service. There was never any resistance to requests and I have been sooo impressed by the service received by them! More than just getting the chair, I have had to go back on several occasions for various reasons, and each and every time, received the same care and service, right from the warm welcome from reception and through the whole appointment. I would recommend Coventry Wheelchair Services highly to anyone. They also are regarded highly by other professionals in that field that I have dealt with. I feel lucky to live within their catchment area and recommend to all.
