I have been using a wheelchair from your services now for about 6 years recently my husband called into your office to explain that the wheelchair needs updating someone was to call Thursday 27 September in the morning but no one turned up we feel let down and upset that no one called we tried ringing in fact we rang most of the day with no reply Regards Kathleen Calder
