Sorry but after dealing with these uncaring bunch,you do realise how good your previous services provider was ,. They are the very worst for services and keep sending engineers with incorrect information and always work was never completed multiple visits to fix any fault and the months spent waiting for a engineer only for excuses made and feeling let down again Abysmal service no customer care whatsoever avoid at all costs.

Staff are friendly but it is an extremely slow service. Poor communication.
