Bereavement Support
I was really struggling with my grief, after the loss of my mother. I was having nightmares and very irrational thoughts. Helena was very kind and caring. I felt at ease with her and able to open up and talk freely. Which is difficult to do when you feel so low and vulnerable. I was very grateful to Helena for how she listened and understood how I was feeling, explaining that I wasn't going mad and my grief and how I was feeling was normal with the grieving process. She helped me to be able to make my irrational thoughts rational. I learnt a lot from my sessions with her and some coping strategies.

Bereavement Support
Adele was very compassionate and adapted each session to my needs on the day. She has taught me some great tools like 'reframing' and thinking more positively.

Hospice in Your Home
The overnight hospice carers were absolutely fantastic. They helped us through an incredibly distressing time as a family and cared for our father with respect and kindness. We are so grateful for their presence. Our family has been making regular donations for some time already, but will make additional donations as a heartfelt thank you.
