The treatment was fine in that everyone was helpful, kind and attentive. However, the treatment seems to have been ineffective, which is very disappointing and has left me quite low. It came as a shock to me that I was not recommended to prolong the treatment (to 30 sessions) as I had not realised that 20 sessions would normally be enough to cure anxiety, and that it would normally work quickly.

Such wonderful caring people with a genuine invest in your welfare. Amelia has a very good understanding of my condition and great empathy. All the staff are wonderful. You are seldom kept waiting.

Coming to treatment has been really helpful and everyone is really friendly. I have always felt listened to and not judged. The only thing I would have liked to be different was to know more about the end of treatment before the last day.

Firstly, it works. This set of treatments lifted me as much as any treatment has ever done. The team recognised I needed more than the initial 3 sessions and sorted out with no problems, whatsoever. Tom managed to get my GP to issue much needed medication. All the staff are absolutely awesome. They treat you with so much compassion, care and humanity. I love them all.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and safe environment. 99% on time for treatments. Well organised care and support. Approachable and respectful staff. Need more staff and better coffee facilities. I think it's worked. I don't know how much, but it worked
