From start to finish I have had excellent care and treatment in a very professional manner with a sense of humour. Tracey and staff put me at ease from day one. The radiotherapy staff explained everything, were very courteous and made me feel relaxed. I actually enjoyed my sessions as I was able to relax and read before I went in for my treatment. I cannot fault Tracey and her staff throughout the whole experience and would recommend that people who have to go through this treatment would feel as relaxed as I was and be treated in exactly the same manner. From start to finish the information and professionalism I received from Mrs Tracy Ellis was excellent. I remember her saying on one of our first meetings that if you do everything that I have told you then you should be fine. I did what she told me to the tee all of which was vs,usbke information and today I have been to see her again and got the result I was looking for.
