I met Tracey Ellis for my initial radiotherapy planning consultation after being diagnosed with prostate cancer, Gleeson score 3+4. I was immediately impressed by her casual, matter-of fact, yet at the same time rigorous approach. She soon put me at my ease . I met her again part- way through my 20 session radiotherapy course. Then finally at the review session where she gave me the good news that my PSA had dropped to near zero. It was a delight to be treated by her despite what is a protracted arduous process. I also found the clinical staff to be first rate and very caring.

Totally in awe of the compassion, empathy and understanding that was shown by Mrs Ellis. To couple all of this with an honest and direct assessment about the nature of my condition, to answer any questions, and to provide feedback when promised, has been very supportive to me at a very difficult time. A mention also to the friendly and welcoming staff in the RT Team generally - a thoroughly decent and dedicated group of people. Thank you and good luck.

Being diagnosed with cancer is a very scary and confusing state, however I was fortunate to come under your care, during which you listened to my concerns and you were prepared to accommodate my fears wherever possible. The treatment that I recieved was 1st class it could not have been better if it was private. Tracy explained the treatment fully and answered all my questions. All the staff in the Rosemere Cancer Center were very considerate and friendly and put the patient at great ease. All appointments were on time and all staff greated you and gave their first names (a very nice thought). It was a pleasure to attend appointments. Keep up this good work I cannot thank you enough.
