From start to finish the information and professionalism I received from Mrs Tracy Ellis was excellent. I remember her saying on one of our first meetings that if you do everything that I have told you then you should be fine. I did what she told me to the tee all of which was vs,usbke information and today I have been to see her again and got the result I was looking for.

Tracet is a breath of freah air she made my wife and I feel totally relaxed from the first meeting. Her manner is mixed with humour and also the seriousness of Prostate Cancer this also follows through with her staff . I was totally at ease from day one and any problems were sorted quickly and efficiently. I actually enjoyed my Visits to Raidiotherapy rather than being apprehensive due to the staff who were great. I have know finished my Radiotherapy treatment and again Tracey and her team have explained the situation going forward and they have made it clear that any problems no matter how slight it may seem to call them. Once again I cannot praise enough all the staff who have helped through this difficult time. Thank you Paul
