Rachel really looked after me during some particularly grim radiotherapy in a difficult and inevitably, painful area. She was professional and friendly, and it felt like she understood my needs, and myself very quickly. As radiotherapy progresses, the side effects intensify and she always made me feel like she could help me at one moment in time, but there was more expertise, support and treatment to manage things as they got worse. I cannot praise her enough; her manner, skill-base, support and knowledge. It was also very clear that I was being cared for by a professional who continually updated her knowledge and practice to ensure her patients had the best care.
