We received great care today from Lorna, She took the time to explain in detail what she was doing and why, we felt able to ask any questions and felt our concerns we treated with a kind caring approach. Lorna also arranged to do a scan of kidneys we had booked with another sonographer for the following day in order to save us a repeat trip. Over all we couldn’t be happier with the care we received. Mrs Adams was friendly, welcoming and considerate as we met. During the scan she was caring, courteous and kind. When the procedure was over she explained everything in detail leaving me and my husband feeling relaxed and reassured. Her expertise and professionalism was clearly evident.
