Lorna was fantastic and really put me at ease. I was releaved and felt she cared about my health when she was unsure about something and got a colleague for a second opinion. After something which I guess can take a long time to sometimes get answers about it was comforting to know that she was invested in getting to the bottom of it and if unsure would ask other professionals their opinion as well. Understandably I was in a bit of an exposing position but she was very respectful and aware of this.
She was brilliant - thank you for making something that could be nerve racking, easy and for being approachable
