Mr Iain Burton was very caring and courteous. I have attended 3 courses of treatment which each time I attended I was made very relaxed from the admission staff, the lithotripsy treatment then through to the after care of the nurses. Nothing was too much trouble and the care and attention was outstanding. The follow up appointments was very efficient and there was no waiting for long periods of time.
The lithotripsy treatment was not too bad to have done, and the after effects were minimal. I would definitely recommend this treatment to have done.
There are no improvements that I can recommend as there were no complaint from start to finish.
