Clare was very professional at all times but also very caring and understanding of my husband’s needs. In the weekly reviews she kept us up-to date on the treatment that my husband was receiving and would help to resolve any problems along the course of the 8-9 weeks that he was receiving treatment.

She has the ability to not only give you considered, invaluable help, but to make you feel that you are the only patient she is dealing with that day. Quite a gift. Also very warm, approachable and very friendly. A unique ability to make you feel positive in a negative situation. I have no criticisms, her service was exemplary.

I was looked after by a fantastic team in London, very professional in every way and they worked well as a team which explained everything to me so there was no worry for me ,as to the treatment I was given .The treatment times were always on time and sometimes early ,if there were problems with the equipment I was always informed of them,as it was always communicated to me as nessasary .thanks.
