Dr Blackwell's concise CBT therapy has been instrumental in helping me deal far more effectively with stress and anger management. I appreciate her warm yet forthright style.
Siobhan has helped me for a number of years and her approach is fantastic.
I started with her 7 years ago and did about 6 - 8 months work, then got back to normal life until a new issue came up in the spring and she agreed to meet again and we started EMDR, which was tough but so so beneficial.
I can literally say I and so much better than in the spring, I had trauma as a child and she tackled it head on with compassion and candidness is just the right amounts.
I am happy to recommend Siobhan and would be happy to talk calls if anyone needs further information.
I have benefited immensely from Siobhan’s expert guidance over a number of months of structured therapy sessions. Siobhan always listens with intent, is patient in allowing you to think things through and have those difficult conversations, and most importantly is personable and comprehensive in providing her analysis and reasoning. I am so much more confident in myself and who I am, which has enabled me to feel happier, more content and more in control in both my personal and professional lives.
I saw Siobhan many years ago and to this day I credit her with the changes in my life that I've seen since. Having been failed by many other therapists and therapies, I was hesitant at first but she has a talent for getting to the heart of the problem and dealing with it very directly, allowing positive changes to start to manifest in all other areas. She is very direct and she says what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, and I'll always be so grateful she got me to listen.
Siobhan helped me through some really tough times, helped me see a way forwards using great techniques which have set me up for success. Thank you, Siobhan, will always think highly of what you did for me.
The best diet coke ever bought :)
